What's Covered
Our guarantee applies to all live plant material we ship, including:
- Venus flytraps (Dionaea muscipula) — all cultivars and registered varieties
- Sundews (Drosera spp.)
- American and tropical pitcher plants (Sarracenia and Nepenthes spp.)
- Any product listed as "live" in the product description
If Something Arrives Damaged
We know that shipping live plants comes with inherent risks, and we take full responsibility for getting your order to you in excellent condition. If your plant arrives in poor or unhealthy condition, here's what to do:
- Document it immediately — take clear, well-lit photos of the plant and its packaging.
- Photograph the shipping label — this helps us identify any carrier handling issues.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@gulfcoastcarnivores.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Once we review your claim, we'll either send a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund to the original payment method — whichever works best for you.
